These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Untamed Forever App (the “App”), operated by Kiran Roy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, creating an account, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old, or 13 or older using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. By using the App you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
When you purchase or are granted access to a course, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view that course’s content within the App for your own personal, non-commercial learning.
Because courses provide immediate access to digital content, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law or where a course was charged in error or is materially unavailable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at the email below with your order details and we will review your request in good faith.

You are responsible for the ratings, reviews, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with the App. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, at our discretion.
With your permission, we may send push notifications about your courses, offers, and updates. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.
The App, its design, logos, text, graphics, and all course content are owned by or licensed to Kiran Roy and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence granted in Section 3, no rights are transferred to you.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or piracy, or misuse the service. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from using the courses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiran Roy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.
The App relies on third-party services (including payment processors, YouTube for embedded video, and cloud hosting/media providers). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
